Rebounding is the way we stay fit as OTR* truckers… and it truly has worked wonders for us.
You know we drive for Con-Way Truckload (which is a fierce tale for another article… but not this one).
You may not know that we re-discovered rebounding after several years away from it – and that re-discovery became a powerful addition to our truck in, January 2014.
As we roll around the country, delivering freight that makes life possible for us all, we also realize it’s vital to stay physically fit. (hmm… something doesn’t sound exactly right about “rolling around the country”… oh well!)
SHARING THE WEALTH: To educate our “trucking family” out there all across the country. That includes people who drive AND people who don’t.
Whether you drive a truck – or not – rebounding is one of the most incredibly positive things you can do for yourself and your body. And… I might add, for all the people who love you!
Rebounding has been called by NASA…
“…the most efficient form of exercise known to mankind.”
THAT is a powerful statement.
There’s much to learn. We don’t know all there is to know about rebounding but as we learn, we’ll share it with YOU, right here on this site.
