Semi Gourmet: Eating & Cooking on a Truck

Is it tough to find good food while driving a Big Truck full time? No… if you’re willing to learn on a daily basis! We knew it would be a challenge to eat well as over-the-road truckers but have been willing (from the beginning) to figure it out. And figure it out we do. One step at a time. From finding the right pots-n-pans, to working out how to wash dishes with no kitchen sink, to working out how which foods work and which don’t. From snacks to full-on meals, we’ll post our experiences, trial-and-errors and successes right here!
